Klever and Barletta are by far two of my top favorites…

Its that weird time of the year where the spring keeps taunting us….. The sun comes out and gives us a nice day and then that night your out and about in a skimpy hoody and BAM! winter comes back and fucks you….. now your stuck freezing your poorly dressed ass off in some club line or running to some shitty class, once again cursing that you don’t live in easy breezy LA….
Plus if your a young cocktail waitress or poor little student this time of the year is kind of borrrring and miserly….. No one’s got any money….. No one’s that into going crazy…. party’s are a little lamer… Abusing your body is a bit tamer….. it’s just kind of depressing….
And even if you do decide to go out and get fucked up there aren’t too many joiners and the magic is scarce, plus you have the added bonus of being miserable and hungover while all your friends are keen and productive, or at the very least alive and well as opposed to frail and deathly….
Maybe that’s why spring is always the time for love…. Your just so fed up with the winter blues you’ll do anything to change things up…. Including adding to all your troubles by wooing some harlot….
The promise of spring, sun, stooping it up, keggars, short skirts, outdoor raves, spliffs on the mountain, long days, hot nights, tarraces, fucking in the outdoors…. sometimes just isn’t enough to erase the miserable memory of the past six freezing months and you have to go out and do something stupid like settle down right at the cusp of the big thaw
Luckily for me most girls I know hate me, my nose is broken, my left eye is blood-red, I’m exactly 1000 dollars broker than any of the homeless ppl who ask me to spare a dollar, I’m losing my mind, and I would rather have sex with a tranny than go on a date and put any more money on my credit card….. Looks like I might just brave this perilous time after-all!
And fuck come on!…Spring is just around the corner! Maybe even as soon as this weekend…. My charity CANFAR is throwing a giant keggar…. My roomates charity Watercan’s got a big dinner and jam in old montreal…. My brother’s new band got some massive show (that has been taking all is time away from doing what he should be doing…produce with his older brother) We’ve got Meech up from Toronto to spin our new Saturday jam and I’ve got some tracks just finishing getting mastered in the studio…..
No time for love right? Welll ummmm……uh ok fine… RIGHT!

My eye looks like a virgin valecdictorians giant swollen vadge after being gangbanged by 6 large Zulu tribesmen from Sub-Saharan Africa…. Im sitting in class looking like the worlds most conspicuous narc in a dark hat, sunglasses and my hood pulled low and ppl are starting to stare….
So basically if you havent caught the glaring sarcasm I am having one miserable fucking day and Im out of oxycontins so its probably just going to get worse….All I have to look forward to is my business partner giving me a stern lecture tonight about my childish behavior while I sit there shamefaced and beaten down like a tired old dog

A big somewhat new track from Crookers….and the first original production from Flosstradamus…. We brought them to the swankiest club in Montreal last year for Halloween…I remember them saying that it was cool for them to play in a spot like that because in the States they’d never be able to play in a big balling spot…. Have a feeling now that their signed to Mountain Dew’s Greenlabel record this is probably changing pretty quick….
