One of my favourite producers Danger has just remixed Nero who has never really done it for me until this one. this track is amazing, too bad the same cant be said for the music video.
But I’m always feeling Danger’s style… He sort of picks up where he left off with the La Roux remix and keeps exploring that new dubby/disco vibe . Deffiantley liking it reminds me kind of a modern Jan Hammer.

Been awhile since I’ve posted something properly banging, but this remix does it for the part of me that misses the golden era of bloghaus. Is there anything else youthful you’d like to experience?? [Via Pelski]

Just in case anyones forgotten about the awesome-ness of Major Lazer or Skerrit Bwoy, here’s a reminder.
I’d like to introduce to you a talented friend of mine, Tommy Paxton-Beesley. He’s currently studying at Berklee in Boston and just put out his debut album “From Now On” a couple months ago. He’s a multi-talented muscian, who played all the instruments on his album as well as did all the vocals. Really stunning to see what he has done. He asked me to remix one of his tracks, Symmetry, which I had the pleasure of finishing off with him during his recent visit here in ye olde MTL. We sat down, polished it off, and now here it is, a dancey take on his original work. Below you can find both the original and the remix. If you enjoyed his music, do follow him on his SoundCloud and check out his Website. Even buy his album if you enjoy his stuff. Leave some comments as to what you think.

Madeon is a producer that you should know about. He’s sixteen years old, from France, and makes ridiculously tasteful nu-disco. That’s just about all I know of him. I can’t really decide if he is a master sampler of 70′s synth/bass sounds or if he uses some sort of bass module/awesome synthesis to get his sounds. He’s definitely rocking the french swag – but don’t group him in to any sort of cliche because his tracks are fresh and tasty. I couldn’t decide which of these two tracks I liked better so I must give you both.

New video for Daft Punk’s Derezzed off the Tron soundtrack. Throwback to the old tron… Cool but i liked the clips from the movie just as much.
For all you canucks MTV.ca doesnt let you embed their version of the video so your going to actually have to go to their site for some dumbass reason. http://www.mtv.ca/music/video_content.jhtml?id=1653691
At least you can go check out all the old daft punk vids while your there!
