**Battala Rockstars is thrilled to announce the best new breakthrough band of the year, The Envy headlining this year’s Battala Rockstars Finale August 26, 2009. The Envy will play alongside four finalists: Purr, Corporate Saturday, Save This City and The Black Rainbows. First, all four bands will go head to head, song vs. song, on two stages, battling it out for rock star supremacy. The winner will walk away with the ultimate Battala Rockstars title and over $25, 000 worth in prizes. Show takes place at The Reverb, 651 Queen St. West, doors at 8pm, cost $10 and is a 19 plus event.
