What a crazy weekend… Friday was probably the single most insane party we’ve ever done and one of the most out of control jams I’ve ever been too – but in a good way.  We had the spot done up with every kind of light imaginable and 3d screens….  There was a line around the block before the party even started and we had to dismantle a huge airbounce castle we rented so that we could fit in the ridicoulous numbers.  Kid Aloha had the crowd going nuts from the minute the doors opened… Me and my brother went on after a sick little live performance by M.O… The crowd was by far the wildest I’ve had the chance to spin to in my life…. Multiple people crowd surfing at a time, and feverish looks of insane wild abandon on the every one of those darling little faces.  We played probably one of our hardest sets to date outside of loftparties and the crowd ate it up… But still the crowd was postively tame compared to Aoki’s set.  When he stated off with WARP the whole mob turned into a frenzied pit of insanity.  A couple tracks in and we had to start reinforcing the stage as the crowd was literally pushing it around, Aoki and all.

For tracks I just decided to throw up a couple tracks I played that night… These are two tracks that basically fall in the category of what I call change-ups…. Basically the Tetris one’s a novelty track that gets everyone paying attention and the other is just the kind of track that you play near the end of your set after you’ve literally murdered everyone with noise and then you just drop this at the peak and let them all just kind of sing along and meditate on how this is the best damn night of their life and how wonderful electronic music is….

ALSO: I’ve got a great interview with Steve that I just need to transcribe and get down…Look for that in the next couple days!  THANKS TO EVERYONE WHO CAME OUT!!!
